Asking for help is one of the hardest things to do as a mom. I know I still struggle with this, but that is why I love what I do so much!

I know from personal experience how hard it is navigating pregnancy and being a mom. Sometimes you just need a little extra help. I love being able to answer questions and offer solutions to help lighten the load of motherhood. As a working mommy I know how hard it is to find time for yourself so I offer appointments on the weekends, evenings, over the phone and via the internet, to help make it a little easier.

Being a mom can be super tough some times. This is why I love being a mommy coach. I loving being able to help moms during the tough times that come up during pregnancy and motherhood. Magnesium Deodorant Recipe

2 oz Amber or blue spray bottle

Magnesium Oil

10 drops of orange essential oil

10 drops of lemon essential oil

5 drops of lime essential oil

Shake and spray on as needed.
It’s that simple!

Here is my kid friendly green smoothie recipe.

Getting my Emma to eat greens is damn near impossible, so anytime I can sneak them in, I am a happy girl. I love this smoothie recipe because you can’t even taste the greens and she will actually drink it. It does have a speckles of green so if you have a super picky kid or adult, I recommend putting this in a glass they can’t see into 😉

Super Easy Smoothie Recipe
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Banana
1/2 cup of Strawberries
1 Cup of water or almond milk
Blend spinach and liquid (always do this first to ensure greens are blended well)
Add banana and strawberries and blend
Drink and Enjoy!
